Welcome to TagAlong! To help you get started, here are some key terms used in the app that you might want to familiarize yourself with:
A host is a user who creates and manages events doing something they love and invites others to join or tagalong. Hosts can invite TagAlongs, set event details, and manage participant lists. They can also can use host tools to help make managing the event easier.
A TagAlong is a user who joins events posted by hosts. TagAlongs search for events they are interested in and can commit to join when invited by a host.
TagBuddies are the other users who have a profile in the TagAlong app that you connect with by sending a TagBuddie request. Once the user has accepted your request (or you accept theirs), you are officially connected as TagBuddies.
TagAlongs added manually to events by hosts that are not yet on the TagAlong app that allows Hosts to manage all those participating in their event whether they are on the app or not.
A named group of up to four TagBuddies that can opt in to events as a group.
